Persuasion. Thought Leadership.
Josh Bandoch has spent over a decade uncovering the secrets of persuasion.
As a researcher at Brown University, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the University of Notre Dame, he learned to mine psychology, neuroscience, economics, public policy, political science, and history for cutting-edge persuasion techniques that work.
Josh’s extensive experience as a practical communicator then allowed him to test, apply, and perfect these techniques. As a strategic communications consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, he advised executives and senior leaders. As a speechwriter, he helped senior government officials deliver memorable remarks to just about any audience, including business and industry executives, top media outlets like The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post, and uniformed servicemen and servicewomen.
Josh has coached executives, senior leaders, and professionals in just about every field, including fundraising, sales, journalism, public policy, nonprofits, education, students, and medicine to be more persuasive. He regularly delivers talks and workshops on various aspects of persuasion.
He earned his bachelor’s in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
His first book, The Politics of Place: Montesquieu, Particularism, and the Pursuit of Liberty (University of Rochester Press, 2017), received numerous positive reviews from top experts.
